This gentleman is pushing the structural integrity of his mustache to its very limits. From the perfect bird-on-wing swoop to its stunning density, this mustache is easily the finest example of this rare and difficult style I have ever found.

The Casual Spanner



The facespanner at rest, as it were. In its full tumescence, the facespanner strides mightily from ear to ear, but when relaxed, as seen here, by certain unguents and conditioners, it swoops softly down to the very jawline of a man. Glorious!

The Untwisted Facespanner



Sprinting past all lesser competition, this gentleman has mated the length of the facespanner with the density of the Nietzsche and the shaggy glory of the mustache as it must have appeared when still growing the wild. An amazing accomplishment and one of the more perfect mustaches I have ever run across.

The Neglected


Given the careful attention paid to the part and swoop of the hair it makes it likely that the bushy neglect of the mustache is purposeful. Some mustaches long to run free, and some men are brave enough to let them.

The Straight and True


Not only has the handlebar mustache almost died out (there is but one prominent example on television outside of period dramas, and even his is often unkempt and untwisted), but the most impressive variation, the facespanner is nowhere to be found. This proud example is a straight and true as the man who wears it.
