Dear Gentle Reader,
Many of the following pages have graphic and clear images of the masculine mustache in all its forms, both sublime and grotesque. My intent is not to shock or titillate, but merely to inform on the subject. The Nineteenth Century gave us many things, but above all it was a hotbed of facial hair experimentation and this is but a poor sampling of those many lost forms.

The weather here in Seattle is balmy (for Seattle) but that's no excuse to not have a fine mustache like this disabled gentleman. I am ashamed of myself. My head is down. My lip quivering. My self-esteem low. I still have legs, though.
haha -- i don't NEED an excuse, because i have one! it's not as fine as this specimen, but i'm hampered a bit by genetics. but, just an hour or so ago, i was out walking and realized that it can really catch a wind and get blown all out of sorts, and the fact that it is long enough to do that made my chest puff out a little.
Just because I can't see his legs doesn't mean he doesn't have them! He has a Fine 'stache,enviable even. I like the steely gleam in his eye.
He appears to be a manly man with a manly mustache...even without legs.
We have no excuse... And are not worthy to view such a wonderful mustache... Someday I hope to do that man proud.
I'd be glad to grow a second mustache, but that would mean shaving the first one first!
